Duties

·         Coordinate with consultant / vendors for accurate and timely completion of post contractual paperwork (contracts, work order, exhibits etc)

·         Initiate processes for pre-joining formalities (example:Background checks) and follow up with respective agencies till receipt of the same

·         Develop strong working relationships with Consultants and Vendors; handle queries and resolve conflicts

·         Update records in the system and prepare periodical reports

·         Review contracts and assist in negotiation with vendors on points of dispute
