Our client is seeking a Senior Java Developer. This is a Long Term Contract position based in Rockville,MD.

Description:

• Minimum 9+yrs of Java/J2ee Development.
• Experience with Spring, JUnit (or similar unit test development), Hibernate or EclipseLink
• Experience working in an Agile (Scrum) environment
• Systems integration development experience (e.g. JMS, SOAP, and RESTful web services)
• XSLT development experience
• JMS queue provider experience (e.g. WebLogic or other EE container, ActiveMQ, MQSeries, etc.)
• SAX or other XML parser experience
• Strong SQL skills, preferably with Oracle (MS SQL, Sybase, PostGreSQL, and MySQL are acceptable alternatives)
• ESB (commercial or open source package) implementation experience
• BPM (commercial or open source package) implementation experience
• Familiarity with Altova XML development tools (e.g. XML Spy, MapForce)
• Familiarity with UML and BPMN notation
• JAXB or other XML coding experience
• ANT or Maven experience
• Familiarity with UNIX/Linux environments
• Shell scripting experience
• SOA experience is highly desirable; JMS and/or web services experience in a non-SOA environment is acceptable
